Softwarebugs, LLC was founded as a result of on-going requests for technical services.  We are highly trained professionals that have worked for various Fortune 500 companies, including Ford Motor Company, General Electric, Quaker Oats, Johnson Controls and AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) for over 20 years.

The Senior leadership team of Softwarebugs LLC are Richard & Janine Connelly. Janine Connelly has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in Organizational Development, Six Sigma, and Teambuilding.  Janine has provided services for over 3000 individuals at both privately owned and Fortune 500 companies.  She is a certified facilitator, Six Sigma Black Belt and trainer with proven leadership skills.

Richard Connelly has both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with extensive technical experience in Windows Server 2003, all aspects of PCs and web development.
